Quality of the fuel

High quality of the fuel is the obligatory condition of successful operations of any bunker company, planning to gain the niche at the competitive market long term. North-west expertise centre laboratory carries out the full scope of analysis of the handled petroleum products at Nevsky Mazut terminal.

Before railway tank-cars discharge into the tanks, the tanks-car samples are taken, which are analyzed for water, viscosity and density. However each parcel of fuel oil, received to the tank-farm is fully ISO 8217:1996 RMG 35 analyzed.

After loading of the vessel the tanks are sampled by independent surveying company, NWEC-inspection, BSI Inspectorate or Saybolt under Clients instruction.
